How it works
The Weekly Schedule (Dienstplan) gives Team Leaders a compact, visual way to plan the entire week for their hotel staff. Open the More menu and tap Weekly Schedule to get started.
The grid view
The schedule displays as a 7-day grid with each employee as a row. Colored dots show status at a glance: green for Working, purple for Public Holiday, red for Off. Today's column is highlighted in blue, and past days appear dimmed. A sticky summary row at the bottom shows how many people are working each day.
Day detail view
Tap on a day column or collapse the grid to see the detail list below. Each employee appears as a card with their avatar, full name, role badge, and a tappable W / P / O toggle. A note icon shows if a note has been added (e.g. shift times or area assignments).
Quick gestures
Speed up planning with these gestures:
- Double-tap an employee name to toggle all remaining days (today onward) to Working
- Long press an employee name to reset the entire week to Off
Copy from previous week
When you navigate to an empty week, two options appear:
- Copy from KW — Copies the previous week's schedule as a starting point
- Start from scratch — Begin with all employees set to Off
Morning Check integration
The Dienstplan feeds directly into the Morning Check. When a Team Leader starts their morning routine, the schedule is used to pre-populate who is working that day — no need to manually confirm attendance.
